From March to November: The site is open daily (except on Monday) from 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. From November to March: groups only (advance booking).

Group: €4.20 per adult and €3.20 per child for groups of 20+.
Individual: adult €5.00, children €4.00.

A real “immersion” in the first millennium, especially adapted to families.

The Archéo’site was initially an archaeological site where, between 1979 and 1986, the excavation of 9 Gallo-Roman caves, 342 Merovingian tombs and silos, as well as post holes reminded of the existence of a post-Carolingian dwellings. By visiting the Archéo’site of Les Rues des Vignes, you will take in the archaeological methods and everyday life through numerous craft and educational animations. It revives the link between the men who lived in the Haut-Escaut valley more than a thousand years ago. Guided visits on every Sunday at 15:00, educational workshops for adults and children. When you come to Archéo’site you may also book craft activities (thatch, cob, pottery, mosaic, bread, bronze, iron and textile works).
